Born and raised in the East Bay, Kevin developed a passion for the real estate industry at a very young age. With a broad reach into various industries such as A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) as well as education in business administration, investment, and marketing, Kevin brings to the table more than just one specific skill set (and a round of golf). “I can’t stress enough the importance of relationships in the world of real estate. Retaining both experience in Northern California single family residential luxury home sales and education in the commercial real estate industry; alongside a cultivated background in residential real estate, graphic design, and outbound/customer marketing has yielded interdisciplinary expertise to enhance client service and relations. Eager to develop his talent for design and problem-solving, Kevin is studying for a dual B.Architecture and B.S. Business Administration (emphasis on real estate finance) degree at the University of Southern California. He integrates his expertise in architecture and understanding of California real estate regulations to assist his client through all facets of the transaction process. He is eager to use his extensive network, background in technology, and personal insight to support his clientele time and time again.
